- 4 medium onions
- 2 red peppers
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 Lbs. chicken- skinless, boneless or you can use 2 blocks tofu as slices

How to prepare the sauce: Blend all ingredients except cilantro, water and corn starch in blender until get smooth. Take a medium sized pan and add mixture in it, let it to boil. You should cook that mixture for 20 minutes at low volume. During that time, water and corn starch should be combined in small bowl, cook it for 1 minute. Then add chopped, super metabolism boosting food cilantro and cook 30 seconds more. That part is ready.
How to prepare metabolism boosting protein: Firstly, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Do oil the cookie pan for tofu or line it for chicken. Finally, take tofu pieces/ chicken and coat them with mango sauce; bake it 30-40 minutes until you see brown tofu at the corners or chicken is cooked.
