– 1 glass of water Milk
– 1 piece cinnamon bar
– 1 sweet spoon of gold or classic coffee
Do not forget to prepare the milk in the evening which you will use it for fat burning coffee. Take a small pot and add milk and bar of cinnamon and boil it in low heat in the evening. The purpose of doing this is to make sure the cinnamon leaves its essences intact. Once the milk is boiled, take it from the oven and leave the cinnamon inside till the morning.
