Health is the state of complete physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being and not merely a famous quote that health is wealth. Good health is very necessary to carry out daily activity tasks. When we talk about health many people think of it as the well-being of their body, not of their minds, however, good health is not only about alleviating the physical aspects of the body it is also about the healthy minds. A balanced diet is essential for a healthy body and mind as well. It is the diet that contains a variety of healthy foods that have sufficient amounts of nutrients that are essential for a good health. A balanced diet is not about too much just to be healthy it is about maintaining your health up to the set standards of good health. Eating too much is very dangerous for health it will cause certain digestive disorders and ultimately obesity. So that diet should be selected that only contains the components that are necessary for the body, not the components that damages or harms the body. But the person utilizes harmful food such as junk food soft drinks and get obese they should not worry, the only thing they can do is to reduce their weight just by eating healthy food and the foods that can reduce their weight. There are many weight loss foods on the planet of earth and they include leafy green vegetables like spinach etc, they are low in both calories and carbohydrates, oily fish like salmon is highly healthy, they have omega 3 fatty acids that reduce inflammation, cruciferous vegetables like broccoli cauliflowers, boiled potatoes, Tuna that is a high protein food, beans and legumes, cottage cheese as dairy products tend to be high in proteins. Try using high protein food cut down the use of soft drinks, alcohol and junk food and drink plenty of water.
